Standards are high regardless of budget I get just as excited planning dinner parties as I do when I see the reactions of my clients. My dishes will rival the best available in any South Canterbury restuarants and I can provide fixed menus or a choice to suit the guests. I use nothing but the freshest seasonal vegetables and best cuts and my desserts are prepared fresh on the evening. I can cater for any taste and have recipes from all parts of the world.
			The service Food preparation and cooking are conducted in your kitchen so that dishes are at their best when they are served to your table. I can supply waiting staff as required and can cater for any number of guests. I have table ware and linen if required and, of course, I'll clean up so that you need do nothing more than enjoy the company of your dinner guests.
Prices I can create dishes to suit your budget and the number of guests attending. My prices are considerably below the restaurant equivalent and, because you supply your own liquor, the meal is not affected by inflated wine or corkage charges. The experience will be remembered for it's value, not it's cost. Don't be afraid to ask. I'm easy to talk to and enjoy helping out with special requests. I don't have the temperament of the stereotypical chef, I'm passionate about my work but I also enjoy seeing a smile of the faces of my clients.
