Hello, I'm Joanna Patterson, South Canterbury's Chef On The Run. After 7 years working through Europe, Papua New Guinea and Australia, including positions as executive chef at the Park Royal and Holiday Inn chains, I'm ready to chef for you, catering your wedding, business function, birthday or special event and providing a top quality dining experience in your own home or work-place.
